The Best On-the-Go Couponing Trick for Moms
Baby #2 is on the way and we’re ready. I’ve got nursery ideas and we already snagged a couple baby products I knew I wanted this time around and to say we’re excited is quite the understatement.
Having one kid is expensive but having two, of course, those kid expenses are just going to double. So I’m starting to be more attentive to our spendings, being less wasteful with groceries (because we used to buy far too much and would have to toss so much food, which is just silly) and I’ve been finding all the couponing apps and tricks out there.
If you can save a couple dollars here and there, why wouldn’t you?
A dollar may not seem like much, but it all adds up. A dollar a day = $365 dollars which would pay for the baby crib. At about $0.37 per diaper, if I’m using 5-6 diapers a day, that means a dollar savings a day would pay for diapers for half of a year. HALF A YEAR OF DIAPERS — just think about that!
So if you really think about it, finding the best coupons that make it as simple as 1, 2, 3 are pretty silly not to use.
Last month I talked about a new mom couponing app I had discovered (aka a mom’s best friend) but I find that most coupons work only for household items — cleaners and paper towels and toilet paper and all that kind of stuff.
