Homeschool Room Loading | Vertical Stripe Vintage Wallpaper
We have a play room that’s right off of our dining area, so in our main living area. It’s got clear glass doors and most of the time it’s honestly a mess. We’ve got some sort of sorting process in place for toys but we’ve also got broken furniture, the couch was a last minute purchase we made for our living room when our moving truck lost everything we owned and so really, we’ve ever done this room. And since it’s an extension of the main living area, we really want it to flow well with the rest of our home, we want the toys to be hidden and sorted and stored well and really, we finally wanted to put the room together in a way that we love.
Next year I will be homeschooling both Franky and Ava, so we decided to convert the playroom into a homeschooling room. We usually homeschool at the counter and have Ava’s books in the coat closet so it’ll be nice to have an actual homeschooling space for them with two desks, toy storage, book storage and just a room we love to see too! And I cannot WAIT!
We’ve got everything ordered for our homeschool room but after doing the big boys room and adding wall paper (you can see that room here), I decided I had to have wallpaper in here too. Anewall Decor came out with this beautiful vertical stripe peel and stick wall paper (it doesn’t ruin any walls and comes right off if you change your mind in the future) and I had to have it.
It’s perfection, don’t you think?
So step one of our homeschooling room is complete with the most beautiful vertical stripe, neutral wallpaper from Anewall Decor and every time I walk past that space I just smile. It’s crazy how big of a difference a single wall covered in wallpaper can make! And that gallery wall from Mixtiles that was put up almost three years ago came down seamlessly too… just in case you wondered about that!
